What a great practice we had today! Thanks to all those who wee able to catch the baseball today. We really looked like a dynamite 12 year old travel team. Also, I think conditioning went really well today. Thanks guys for making all your times. That really helped keep coach's anger under control. Seriously though, can we please show up tomorrow, my body can't take much more of this.

Today was a wonderful day for everyone. As the PFP drill was ending many of the pitchers thought today was going to be a great little did we know a retard was going to swoop in and attack all of us. As we went though the rest of practice we could see the color of Palms face changing to a a deep red. Once we saw that we knew we were screwed. After running a ton with him and being told we were out of shape it was time for day work. The beginning of day work started out like any normal day work must of us sat around and try to figure why are assholes hurt from getting ripped so hard in team d. Once we got our surrounding back we went along with the day work. once the mid-week group was done fitz decided that we were still out of shape and lazy. SO he decided to run us more. and most people would think o maybe a couple suicides and a champion o no. A nice ladder to 7 and back down. So in total 49 down back for the pitchers after everyone had already left. other than that it was a great day for practice and I cant wait for tomorrow.
